The Official Opening Ceremony of the Twenty \u2013 Eighth ASEAN Directors \u2013 General of Immigration Departments and Heads of Consular Affairs Divisions of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs Meeting (28th DGICM) and its Related Meetings was held on Wednesday, 13th August 2025 at the Rizqun International Hotel, Gadong. Present as the Guest of Honour and officiating at the Official Opening Ceremony was His Excellency Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Official Opening Ceremony of the 28th DGICM and its Related Meetings was attended by Their Excellencies and Their Excellencies Ambassadors and High Commissioners of ASEAN Countries, Timor-Leste, Australia, the People's Republic of China, Japan and the Republic of Korea to Brunei Darussalam, Permanent Secretaries of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Deputy Permanent Secretaries, Ministry of Home Affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
