This professional visa and pass is issued to foreigners who intend to enter Brunei Darussalam for an official professional visit where their specialist skills are required. Applications for this professional visa and pass must also be submitted by the applicant's guarantor, who is a representative from the company itself.

Business visit visa (BVV) is issued to foreign businessmen who wish to enter Brunei Darussalam for business-related purposes, such as attending meetings with board members, attending any expo/exhibition, as an investor or exploring business opportunities in Brunei Darussalam.

The BVV application is not intended to wait for approval/quota processing at the Department of Labor or to work with the company in question. BVV approval is subject to the assessment of the Immigration Department and complete documents.

The APEC Travel Management Card (KUPA) is issued to those who are categorized as traders. With the ABTC card, holders have the convenience of using the fast track lane for the immigration inspection process at the immigration control post at Brunei International Airport. The use of the fast track lane is also subject to the list of countries listed on the back of the card and this card is valid for a period of 5 years.

1. Brunei Darussalam citizens who are categorized as business people are eligible to apply for an ABTC card.

5. Letter of support either from the Ministry of Finance and Economy/Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism/Brunei Chamber of Commerce/Brunei Young Entrepreneurs Association.
